Jose Mª Palacin's abstract painting refers to the most essential of art, reduced to its chromatic, formal and structural aspects.
Accentuate the forms by abstracting them away from the imitation or faithful or credible reproduction of the natural.
It uses a visual language of form, color and line to create a composition that can exist regardless of real-world visual references

Works that express vitality, through primary colors mostly as secondary.
His painting is limited to a reduced palette due to the short time he has been painting and yet he still achieves really rich sensation finishes.
The brush strokes are loose and produce a very pleasant visual effect.
Sometimes according to the work uses spatula in addition to brush to achieve different planes.
In his works he works with key colors for each one of them, so that he makes the set extremely interesting.
The result in these first works is more given by color than by any other quality.
Palacín (Villanueva de Sijena, 1945) surprises, on this occasion, with abstract creations with great intensity of primary colors that express vitality and are a manifestation of his technique that, according to critics, "uses a small palette that is very rich in sensations and with an agile brush and a great visual effect. José M. Palacín has already had six exhibitions in the last year and, last January, he won the gold medal of the XVII International Exhibition Gallery Esart 2016 in Barcelona for the painting "Ánforas". Despite making a short time painting, his work has already been acquired by collectors and individuals from places as diverse as New York, Sydney, Abu-Dhabi, Madrid or Barcelona.
