Cat Fest, 2013

This etching and aquatint of mischievous cats partying in a tree began as a rough sketch which was worked directly onto a zinc plate. Most of the tones, created by adding an aquatint, have been kept light, giving the impression of an ink drawing. The plate is inked for each print in this small limited edition and handcrafted using a press so each one is an original.

Prints are signed and numbered on the front. Dimensions given below include a white border. The actual image is 25 x 25cm

Orders are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue and rolled into a thick walled cylinder.
