Waters rising, 2025

This is one-of-a-kind ceramics art object. Formed as a vessel it can be functional and used as a vase. Apart its functionality this art piece is perfect decoration for any modern interior. The artwork has irregular shape and is asymmetrical both in construction and in coloring point of view.

This sculptural utility object is a vivid representative of wabi-sabi dzen philosophy incorporated into home décor – an artwork that distinct with raw finish and a voice telling about the process of making. Because nothing lasts! Because nothing is forever. Understanding the impermanence free us from greed and anger. Nobody and nothing is perfect. Enough is to bring out the own voice of things for they become real. Real and not perfect! Imperfect is what speaks louder. Imperfect is how we all are and where our true value lies.
