Über Kristina Valić Art
Kristina Valić is a Croatian artist who has been painting since 1998. Working primarily in acrylic and watercolor on canvas and paper, she creates landscapes, seascapes, angels, olive trees, boats and imagined scenes and portraits.
Based in Istria, Croatia, her work is influenced by the Mediterranean landscape and the atmosphere of the places around her. She paints intuitively, allowing the image to emerge through the process rather than beginning with a fixed idea.
