Balancing of Serenity, 2007

Some landscapes do not seek to impress. They quietly restore balance. In Balancing of Serenity, Aleksandr Dubrovskyy captures a peaceful mountain valley suspended between seasons, where soft hills, distant ridges and winding country paths merge into a gentle symphony of colour and light. Nothing disturbs the silence. The landscape breathes slowly, inviting the viewer to do the same.

The rolling terrain unfolds in delicate layers of gold, lavender, pearl grey and muted green. Light travels across the slopes, revealing subtle transitions between cultivated fields, scattered trees and distant mountain ranges. Every element seems perfectly balanced, creating a rare feeling of harmony between nature and human presence.

Painted in an expressive impressionist manner, the work focuses not on detail but on atmosphere. The artist transforms an ordinary rural scene into an emotional landscape filled with warmth, contemplation and inner peace. Soft brushwork and luminous colour relationships create an almost musical rhythm that guides the eye through the composition.

This painting belongs to Aleksandr Dubrovskyy's poetic landscape series, where the beauty of nature is revealed through mood, light and memory rather than through dramatic effects. It is a work about stillness, reflection and the quiet confidence found in places untouched by haste.

A painting for those who appreciate subtle beauty, timeless landscapes and the restorative power of nature.
