Paintings by Cecil C Williams

I have been drawn to art since I was in primary school. I taught myself how to work in stained glass in 1972 and have continued to the present.
I taught myself how to paint in oils in 1972. I have works in collections in Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Detroit and in Berlin, Germany.
