Stag Materializing is an oil painting of a red deer stag painted in a semi-abstract style and in vibrant rainbow colours. It is 40 x 40 x 1.5 inches. The painting is multilayered and multicoloured, but the predominant colours are purples and oranges. The face and antlers of the stag are painted in a portrait-style, but the body becomes more and more transparent as it recedes into the strange space of the background. To the right is the hint of a pine tree. The painting was made as I sometimes really just want to paint a beautiful animal. Be advised that there is a texture to the painting, as another painting is underneath it (also of a stag but smaller). Some of this can be detected by touching it, but it does not affect the majesty of the painting.
