This painting is from my walk from Runswick Bay to Whitby. The walk is part of the Cleveland Way and passes along the cliff tops with the summer barley/wheat (I can't tell the difference) on one side and the deep blue, unreal sea on the other side. And between you and the edge, a small edge of grasses and wildflowers. Sometimes life's colours are more real than imagined.
