About Geert Lemmers Fine Photo Art and paintings

In addition to the prints on Dibond or acrylic glass that I offer for photographic art and mixed media works, I can now also offer all these works as prints on canvas framed in black or clear frames for the same price. All these prints are produced by Whitewall.

My paintings are, of course, all unique. My photo and new media works usually have an edition of a maximum of 8 pieces per artwork, but some selected works are sold as unique (maximum 1 copy). You can discuss the design and size with me at any time. It is important to me that you are completely satisfied. Given the interest from galleries and museums, I would have to set the prices much higher, but I think reaching you as a collector / lover of good art is more important than making money.

Artwork

About this artwork

A vibrant explosion of colour defines this contemporary painting. Oil and acrylic blend in rhythmic layers. The composition balances raw energy with a singular point of focus. At the centre sits a simplified vessel. Its clean lines contrast against a chaotic backdrop. Fragmented shapes dance around the central object. Deep purples meet bright yellows and soft blues. These hues create a sense of mystical depth. The artist explores the tension between order and disorder. This artwork reflects a broader research into the human experience. It captures the beauty found within imperfection. Broad brushstrokes suggest a world in constant motion. The visual language evolves towards an abstract, simplified design. Emotion takes precedence over literal representation. A playful yet profound dialogue emerges between the subject and its environment. This piece serves as a reflection on the hidden facets of existence. It transforms a domestic object into a symbol of stability amidst a swirling universe. The surface vibrates with a textured, painterly quality. Every stroke contributes to a larger narrative of discovery and wonder. The result is a spirited exploration of colour and form.
