About Geert Lemmers Fine Photo Art and paintings

In addition to the prints on Dibond or acrylic glass that I offer for photographic art and mixed media works, I can now also offer all these works as prints on canvas framed in black or clear frames for the same price. All these prints are produced by Whitewall.

My paintings are, of course, all unique. My photo and new media works usually have an edition of a maximum of 8 pieces per artwork, but some selected works are sold as unique (maximum 1 copy). You can discuss the design and size with me at any time. It is important to me that you are completely satisfied. Given the interest from galleries and museums, I would have to set the prices much higher, but I think reaching you as a collector / lover of good art is more important than making money.

About this artwork

This vibrant painted composition captures a moment of distilled emotion. The artist explores the intersection of chaos and simplicity. A bold yellow form anchors the centre. It rises like a monolith against a deep blue haze. Above it, a dark silhouette contrasts with a saturated violet block. The geometry feels intuitive. It suggests a landscape of the mind.

The technique blends multiple mediums. Oil and acrylic merge with the raw texture of charcoal and pastel. This layering creates a tactile surface. It invites a contemplative gaze. The aesthetic reflects a shift toward a mystical, simplified design. It moves away from representation toward a purely conceptual language.

The palette is intentional and powerful. Primary tones clash and harmonize simultaneously. Each brushstroke serves a larger exploration of human existence. The artwork functions as a visual fairy tale. It evokes a sense of wonder within a structured void. Precision meets intuition in this contemporary abstract piece. The balance of light and shadow defines the spatial depth.
