About this artwork

Acrylic and oil paint with pastels on a pre-processed wooden panel in a wooden frame.

The enjoyment of making these works, and experiencing them under different lighting conditions, is food for the brain.

In this piece, I've layered acrylic, oil and charcoal to evoke a rich tapestry of emotion and history. It's a visual symphony, capturing the essence of memory and time's passage. The abstract forms intertwine, suggesting a narrative that each viewer can interpret in their own way. It's more than just a painting; it's a conversation with the past, a resonance that will fill your space with depth and energy.

Geert is a Visual Art Master of the Accademia Italia in Arte nel Mondo Cultural Association.
