About João Bello
He started drawing with graphite and charcoal at seven years old. He made portraits and realistic drawings; at age 12 he started oil painting, watercolour and acrylic, and immediately began to exhibit his paintings.
He acquired his taste for hyperrealism at a very early age, specialising in portraits. He has held several exhibitions around the world.
