One of the foremost pencil artists in the country, Paul works from his gallery and studio in St Ives, Cornwall, tirelessly creating hyperrealistic portraits of the rich, famous and interesting.

Using only pencil, paper and an eraser, his work goes beyond the detail even a camera can capture and is sold across the globe, hanging on walls as far afield as Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the USA.

Original artwork description:

An original pencil drawing depicting a young woman under shallow water, the ninth in this short series exploring light, reflection and shadows.

The drawing measures 38 cm x 36 cm and took around 30 hours to complete.

I have sold over 500 original pieces of artwork during my years as a professional artist, along with thousands of prints from various outlets, including iCanvas and MixTiles in the USA, which supply a wide range of retail stores. Originals hang in collections across the globe, from Shanghai and Singapore to New York and California, having sold in over 50 countries and on almost every continent (still waiting for that sale in Antarctica :) ).

Each drawing is handcrafted in the UK and can be shipped safely and securely anywhere in the world.

This drawing is being sold unframed to reduce shipping costs. However, I can offer a bespoke framing service as required; just send me a message to discuss.

Our Classic frames are made from high-quality wood with clean lines. The profile measures 20mm across the front and 22mm in depth. Available finishes depend on the selected print.

Mount

Our standard white mounts are 2.4mm thick. The mount border is 25mm, 38mm or 50mm wide, depending on the frame size. All mounts are conservation grade, FSC certified and 100% acid free.

Canvas

Our canvas prints are stretched and framed using a 12-colour Giclée process; providing you with spectacular quality each and every time.
