Started drawing with graphite and charcoal at 7 years old. Making portraits and realistic drawings, at age 12 he started oil painting, watercolour and acrylic, and immediately began exhibiting his paintings.

He acquired his taste in hyperrealism art at a very early age, specialising in portraits. He has held several exhibitions around the world.

Admirers are often surprised to discover that the image before them is not a photograph, but a J.Bello original painting.

He is a full project artist who seeks to achieve perfection in everything he does; being self-taught, he has discovered his own unique style.

As interest in his hyperrealism paintings grew, he expanded his repertoire to include classic cars and lifestyle imagery.
