Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favourite.

Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso.

In this small painting I tried to convey all the power of nature. I concentrated the power of the fauna in one animal — a horse, a stallion. Wild unbridled strength and at the same time a very sensitive and vulnerable character. Oil, canvas on a panel. Varnished. Signed.
