Breaking the Dark, 2026

Breaking the Dark speaks of the quiet moment when light begins to return.
The contrast between deep shadowed tones and pale flowing surfaces creates a feeling of emergence — as if something wounded yet resilient is finding its way towards openness again. Sculpted by hand with raw textures and organic movement, this one-of-a-kind ceramic piece carries both strength and vulnerability within its form.
