Abstract 9, 2020

In creating this artwork, my intention was to delve into the depths of raw emotion, using an abstract expressionist style to capture the essence of introspection and complexity in life. Through the use of oil paints, I layered and textured colours - primarily tones of yellows and whites, with dashes of blues and greys, to evoke a sense of light battling with shadow, symbolising hope amidst uncertainty. This piece invites you to a contemplative space, offering a vibrant yet calming presence to your home. Used high-quality materials. Oil painting on linen canvas. It's varnished. Artist's signature. The suspension is ready.
