Clouds in the Sky, Clouds on the Ground, 2022

Clouds in the Sky, Clouds on the Ground transforms a spring landscape into a study of repetition between earth and sky. The dominant flowering trees appear almost cloud-like, their white and pale pink crowns rising above an intensely green meadow. Above them, real clouds cross the blue sky, while distant mountains create a cool horizon between the two. Dubrovskyy connects the landscape through colour: yellow, blue and violet wildflowers move through the grass, pale blossom catches the sunlight, and blue reappears in both the mountains and the sky. The painting captures spring at a particularly brief stage, when flowering trees and meadow plants reach their abundance at the same time. Its luminous palette and horizontal format make it especially suited to interiors seeking a strong, colourful connection with nature. Shipping from Poland.
