About Natalia Shchipakina

1Exhibition

Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques, oil painting is my favourite.

Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by famous artists such as Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan and Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso.

About this artwork

A gentle angel stands among blooming red poppies, holding flowers as if guarding the beauty of the world. Soft wings, flowing garments, and warm light create a sense of calm and quiet protection. The contrast between the fiery red poppies and the background gives the scene a symbolic balance between earth and spirit. Oil on canvas. Signed. Varnished.
