About Natalia Shchipakina

Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favourite.

Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso.

However, Chicago is not only about skyscrapers, unusual modern monuments and boats with tourists. Chicago is also home to beautiful streets, green boulevards and flower beds. This city is especially good in spring.
