About this artwork

"Lighting Up the Silver" is an ethereal abstract seascape sunset oil painting 60 cm x 97 cm (24 x 38 inches) on a 4 cm (1.5-inch) deep canvas.

Inspired by the winter sunsets in Hastings. It's titled after "Might As Well Have a Good Time" by Crosby, Stills and Nash.

It's painted in shades of bluish grey with pink, yellow, orange and white, with some metallic silver. The paint is slightly textured in parts and has a slight satin sheen.

The painting continues around the sides of the canvas and is signed on the back. It is ready to hang and comes with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
