The seller has completed Artlimes identity verification. Read the individual listing for information about the work, its provenance and any certificate supplied. Contact support if something is unclear before you order.
An edition is one of a series of prints or works. Check the listing for the edition size, available dimensions, material and certificate details. Options vary by work; use the choices shown on the product page.
Eligible Artlimes editions offer framing options on the product page. Select a size first, then review the available finishes and the updated price. For original works, check the description to see whether a frame is included.
Set your delivery country to see the options and price for your destination. Availability depends on the item and seller. Review the delivery address, shipping cost and final total at checkout before paying.
Sign in with the email used for your purchase and open Purchases. Select the order to see its status and any tracking details. If tracking is missing or delivery is overdue, contact support with your order number.
Eligible seller-fulfilled items have a 14-day return window from delivery. Request a return through your order in Purchases and follow the instructions before sending the item back. Artlimes-managed editions, frames and personalised items can have different terms; damage and incorrect-item claims are handled separately. Check the item’s terms before buying, and contact support if you need help with a cancellation or return.
Read the full return termsContact support promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed and wait for instructions before returning the item.
Use one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Review the currency and final total before confirming. If payment fails, check the details and any bank authentication request. Check Purchases before trying again if you are unsure whether an order went through.
Artlimes gift cards can be used for eligible purchases. Check the card’s currency, expiry date and the checkout total. Keep the code private. For a missing gift card or a redemption problem, contact support.
Explore gift cardsCheck the offer’s expiry, eligible items, minimum spend and account requirements. Apply it before completing checkout and confirm the discount in the total. The terms shown with the offer explain any restrictions.
Check the listing for certificate information. Eligible Artlimes editions have a digital Certificate of Authenticity, released after delivery is confirmed. Sign in with the email used for the order to find your certificate in Certificates.
Anyone can check a certificate without a seller account. Open Verify a certificate and enter both the certificate ID and current owner ID, or scan the certificate’s QR code. Checking a certificate does not transfer ownership or give access to the owner’s account.

View seller feesUse the email associated with your account or order and follow the sign-in instructions. If you cannot access that email or find your purchase, contact support. Never share a password or sign-in link with anyone.
