Cloudy Tropical Beach, 1990

This painting is one of the inspired four in the memories of Africa. The beauty of the “Theater of shadows” is brought to the canvas with representation of painted coconuts palms to black (Shadows) in contrast with the colors of the tropical beach full of clouds in my dream. It was my imagination.
I painted directly on the canvas, applying oil paint layers, to give more texture. It’s my method.
