Impala And Fireflies In Africa, 1995

This painting is one of the inspired four in the memories of Africa. The beauty of the "Theater of Shadows" is brought to the canvas with representation of the grass and impala painted to black (Shadows) in contrast with the colors of the dawn reflected in the African river. I painted the fireflies in the grass as points of shine, illuminating the darkness.
