Late Autumn, 2021

This painting is all about my love for the Autumn and how differently beautiful she might be. Early Autumn shines in her golden, bold hues. She is full of joy, sunshine and warm shades. Late Autumn is her melancholic sister. Colours have faded; no more vibrant colour exclamations. She is now quiet, dressed in a muted palette, designing her landscape for soul comfort.

This original oil painting is done on a stretched cotton canvas. Size: 40 x 40 cm. Depth: 1 cm. Canvas is gallery-wrapped and painted on the sides, so the painting can be hung as it is without a frame, if preferred.
