London In a Purple Fog

The painting shows an evening London shrouded in a fog. The street lights are already on. You can see the famous Big Ben in the background. The painting conveys the mystical yet cosy positive atmosphere of the city. One of the key features of the work is the colour palette. Particular attention should be paid to the purple mist. Like most of my other paintings, this one has a particular author's technique: unusual colours, a lot of tones and a special stroke technique. Oil, canvas, varnished. Signed.
