This a fine marine watercolour by 19th century highly regarded artist William H Vernon (1820-1904) The work dated from the last quarter of the 19th century when Vernon was at his height regularly exhibiting at the Royal Academy. His watercolours have been sold at some of the worlds leading auction houses including Christie's and Bonham's and can be found in many art galleries. Measures 52 x 23 cm Framed 63 x 47 cm
