Afsoon Shahrioni, a self-taught artist from Tehran, initially found herself drawn to art and paintings as a child. However, her path led her towards weaving and textile design, where she used thread and its effects to recreate elements of nature on fabric. Despite her success in this field, her passion for painting remained unfulfilled. Shahrioni's artistic journey took another turn when she pursued a Master's Degree in animation direction, immersing herself in a completely different world. After completing her education, she worked on numerous animation projects, but her passion for painting still burned within her.
