About Demosthenes Davvetas
Demosthenes Davvetas was born in Athens. He studied at the School of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has a doctorate degree in Aesthetics from the University of Paris VIII. He is a professor at the IESA in Paris and gives masterclasses on Poetry and Modern Art at the University of Paris IV. He has also taught Philosophy of Art at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the University of the Peloponnese, the University of Piraeus, the Strate Écolede Design in Sevres and the Créapole in Paris. Furthermore, he has delivered seminars on Philosophy of Art at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and seminars on Philosophy of the Applied Arts at the School of Engineering at the University of Patras. He gives lectures at many Schools of Art and Universities.
