Return Policy Terms

Cancel / Return Orders Gallery Diamond offers customers 15 days from the day their order is shipped to cancel or return their order. If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, simply call a diamond and jewellery consultant at 0044(0)20 4579 3367 or email [email protected] for a return authorization. This option is available to you until the moment we advise you of the dispatch of your order. Following that point in time cancellation is no longer possible Note that once your item has shipped, your order cancellation will take effect after: it is returned to Gallery Diamond, our Quality Assurance analyses your diamond and verifies that it is in its original condition The diamond or jewellery will be returned to the company with all the accompanying documents certifying its quality (diamond report) and packaged in perfect condition, or else the return-cancelling of an order may not be recognized. For orders that have been dispatched on the system regarding articles that Gallery Diamond must put in a production line and that are not in stock of the company ready to ship them, the user has the right to cancel such order within 12 hours from the time it was placed. In this case, the user will get his refund the same way he followed to pay the company. If Gallery Diamond has proceeded with the order, after this period of time, cancellation is no longer possible. Seasonal jewellery creations (Christmas lucky jewels or special editions) and also tailor-made jewellery can not be returned & also their order can not be cancelled after your order is dispatched.
