Opposites Attract, 2017

This is a unique and original PMS abstract oil painting. It is part of a series of patterned pieces on canvas. This painting has huge sweeping, streaking, and textured colour that is mesmerising to the eye and dares you to touch it. This piece was painted with my own personal mantra in mind: Beauty, Colour and Texture. It is a unification of highly textured painterly and design techniques I have been developing over the years and is unique in that the design wraps around the edges of the canvas, giving a three-dimensional quality to the piece. The texture is extreme and the colours are vibrant and bold. It is an energetically exciting piece that has structure, depth, and feeling. A truly unique and emotional abstract painting like no other.

Note: This painting is painted on canvas and is not framed, but comes ready to hang with the sides painted black and part of the painting continuing onto the edges. Framing is unnecessary, but up to the preference of the collector.
