About this Artwork

Yes I know the African Grey is a parrot but this majestic elephant suited the title. Its oil on panel 60 x 60cm. I painted the background first and used the colours in the abstract to bring the elephant to life. I have used both brushes and palette knife and blended the background into the foreground.
