I have developed a range of work using etching and aquatint and the subject matter of my etchings is often drawn from the perennial themes in fairytales and fables. I am always fascinated by theatrical detail and ornate design so there is a wealth of inspiration for my work. I prefer imaginary themes and am happiest when creating my own pictures with factual reference for historical detail. I have taken part in many exhibitions in the UK, US and Japan and my work is held in archives at the V&A and Scarborough Museums
