Colour Fusion

A color explosion on a large scale. This piece is exciting and lifts the spirit with its bold splashes and coming together of colors. A very interesting section in the painting is the white area in the middle. I paint all of my paintings horizontally, and when painting this, it was just a white section. Still, upon completion and hanging the piece and standing back to view it‚ there is a definite form and face of a young girl reaching out to her right to touch the colors‚ totally created by the blending and merging freely of the paints in no way manipulated by the artist. She just appeared! This truly is an incredible piece to stand in front of and take in.

Painted on high-density cotton duck canvas with gallery-style corners. Finished with a gloss sealant.
