About Lynnalbert Léger
My name is Lynnalbert Léger.
I started carving slate back in the early 70s. A few pieces shown here on this site are from those days.
A little about myself, as of December 5th, 2022 I reached the age of 72. I joined the Navy in 1969 and spent 4 years in the Navy during the Vietnam war. Before I left the Navy I married my now-wife Jacqueline. We had two children together, a boy named Jerry and a girl named Sheree. They each have two children of their own so Jackie and I have four grandchildren named Bryce, Tyler, Ella, and Adley. They are all the love of my life.
My plan for the rest of my life is to sculpt as many slate pieces as I can. Hopefully, I can convince more people to purchase the pieces that I make. Just so you know, slate is a very durable material. It can be displayed both inside and outside. It will not freeze and crack. It can stand any type of weather and can even be walked on without wearing out the surface.
Hopefully, you enjoyed reading about my work, and if interested don’t hesitate to contact me to find out more about my slate carvings and perhaps purchase a piece to your liking.
Thank you very much for your time,Lynnalbert Léger
