Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso.

View of Barcelona in the evening, when the city feels warm and alive. In the center is Casa Milà, also known as La Pedrera, one of Gaudí’s most unusual buildings. The light reflects on the street, and people are just passing by, like in a normal evening. I wanted to keep the feeling simple and real, without making it too dramatic.
