Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favourite.

Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso.

Dionysus is the ancient god of wine and revelry. He is associated with the pleasures of life. Dionysus is also linked to the theater and is a symbol of both the joyful and chaotic aspects of human existence. In this painting I depicted Dionysus outside of time trying to combine ancient mythology and modern art. Much attention was paid to colors and shades. Oil, canvas. Signed. Varnished.
