Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favourite.

Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso.

Oil on canvas, varnished. Another painting in my cycle of alternative art works: I tried to unify classic pop art, 60's comics and portraiture. Moreover, this painting has a new «experimental» element – poppy wreath.

Combine comics and flowers – a strange idea... But it turned out very interesting. Like all my other paintings, this one is painted in oil and covered with a special varnish.
