About this Artwork
The painting is inspired by Mediterranean nightscapes as sailboats return to the harbour on a moonlit night. Particular attention was paid to reflections and light. Emphasis has also been placed on the variety of tones of blues. The atmosphere of the painting conveys calmness, tranquillity and positive mood. Oil, stretched canvas. Signed. Varnished.
