Magnificent Dream, 2017

This is the 79th in a new series of acrylic works on canvas. I began painting many years ago with acrylics and work with acrylics when doing outdoor public works, but this is the first time I have revisited acrylic painting on canvas in many years. It has always been my interest in expanding on the tools that I have as an artist and constantly evolving as a painter.

This piece is a completely unique and original abstract acrylic painting on canvas. It is an exercise in fluid painting. This piece is stunning in its soft, fluid movement, with minor cracks on the surface to expose vivid colours below. Beautiful greens, blues, yellows, turquoise, white, pinks and violets dance with each other, creating some sort of ethereal dreamscape, swirling with movement and energy jumping off the canvas. There is a strong dreamlike and positive feeling to this piece, like anything is possible. Let it bring harmony and optimism to your space. It is the 79th in my new series of abstract acrylic works.

Note: This painting is painted on canvas and does not come framed, however the painting continues on the edges of the canvas and therefore framing is not necessary. It is ready to hang. Painting in pictures might not be perfectly to scale.
