Return Policy Terms
SHIPPING IS FREE TO ANY PLACE IN THE WORLD
We use DHL and Ukrposhta for shipping around the world. The shipping method depends on the overall amount of the transaction, size and weight of package and country of destination.

Payment is to be made via PayPal.
You will receive an email from the shipping manager with all the details about your purchase within 2 days after your payment.

Ships in a Tube.
This work will ship in a dent-resistant tube. This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Weight 2.5-4 kg (depended on the type shipping)
We guarantee delivery in 45 days or less from the payment date. If you need your purchase to be delivered by a certain date, you must let us know as soon as you made the purchase so we place your order on higher priority.
Original artworks usually arrive within eleven (11) to fourteen (14) business days from time of order, depending on the origin and destination of the artwork as well as the time it takes to clear customs if the work is shipped internationally. From time of shipping, the artwork will usually arrive at the buyer’s destination between seven (7) to ten (10) business days, barring any delays due to customs clearance.
Also, in some countries, the customs clearing process may take as long as 30 days. Please check your government's international shipping policies for more detailed information.
Aleksandr Dubrovskyy is not responsible for any customs and import taxes, such taxes are the responsibility of the buyer/ receiver. The declared value of the package will be the total payment amount minus the cost of transportation. The declaration statement will be “For personal use” .
All the paintings are very carefully and professionally packed. We guarantee 100% safe arrival of the product.
If the painting breaks along the way, we will provide a replacement or your money back.
You will receive the tracking number as soon as the painting is shipped or couple days before shipping
We do not ship to PO boxes. The address you provide must be a physical location.
If you wish to have the paintings shipped stretched, Shipping at the expense of the recipient.
Shipping of stretched paintings outside Ukraine requires additional shipping fees. The fee depends on the size of painting and country of destination.
Shipping of larger size painting than 90x100 cm stretched would require additional shipping fees. Please ask about the fees, they vary by size of painting and destination.
We do have certain rules and guidelines for returns

From the time you receive your original artwork from our couriers, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Aleksandr Dubrovskyy and are not fully satisfied, you have:
Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work
Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact us.***
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. ( Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email [email protected] to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist. Work must be insured without fail for the full cost of damage during shipment and transportation. Before departure, the picture must be photographed with all stages of packaging
Step 3 – Email [email protected] to complete the return process.
Once the piece safely reaches the artist, Aleksandr Dubrovskyy will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment
(minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any (except of any bank fees)) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.
· We will pay the cost of the return shipping only if you received a wrong or damaged painting. If you simply do not like the painting or wish to return for any other reason, you must cover the shipping return shipping expenses.
The artist is using properly prepared cotton canvas that will last a long time and is the most popular surface. As regarding priming, the artist priming your canvas by applying at least 3 (three) of gesso to the surface. If you require some more photos please let me know and I will provide them.
