About Geert Lemmers Fine Photo Art and paintings
My catalog therefore consists of three types of works:
1. Photographs that are printed on or under acrylic glass.
2. Physical paintings, usually acrylic and oil paint on canvas or wooden panel.
3. New Media works that are printed on or under acrylic glass.
My paintings are of course all unique. My photo and new media works usually have an edition of a maximum of 8 pieces per artwork, but some selected works are sold as unique [maximum 1 copy].You can discuss with me at any time about the design and size, but also about the price. It is important to me that you are completely satisfied; Given the interest from galleries and museums, I would have to set the prices much higher, but I think reaching you as a collector / lover of good art is more important than making money.
Born in the Netherlands, Geert Lemmers studied photography and photographic Art and worked as a freelancer in fashion before focusing on his artistic career in 2008, winning the same year the professional art-prize in his region.
Composing artworks is for him almost a philosophical question. Transferring his thoughts into some kind of metaphoric representations help him to express them through strong and compassing images.
Geert is “Visual Art Master” of the Accademia Italia Nel Mondo Assocazzione Culturale in Lecce Italie and won several prices.About the Product

All these works are a combination of photography, painting and finally digital post-processing.Fantasy, drama, psylosophy and mysticism are central to his imagery. Describing that which he shows us, the artist writes that, “his works show us more often this unknown, weird world in theatrical situations we never see in our ‘real’ life. [They] are sort of a visual analysis of his thoughts about another and (maybe) better world.”
