Dorset View, 1978

A view of a fair skinned generous woman sitting on a Dorset beach (UK). From my vantage point the contrast between white flesh and recently sun exposed 'tan' was beguiling.
Painted in traditional oil paint on a stretched canvas. The work has been finished with protective varnish, this not only protects the painting but has a unifying effect. The work only needs framing to to make it ready to hang, or it can be hung frameless.
