This painting was born from a quiet moment — the kind where everything outside becomes less important than what is happening within. I wanted to capture that feeling of being present with yourself, eyes closed, breathing, listening to your own inner rhythm.

The face is calm and grounded, but the colors flowing through the hair represent thoughts, emotions, memories, and sensations that never truly stand still. They move gently, freely, without needing to be explained. For me, these colors are not chaos — they are life in motion.

This work is about softness and strength existing together. About allowing emotions to pass through you without resistance. It is an invitation to slow down, to feel rather than think, and to trust the quiet currents that guide us from within.
